Carolina

Carolina began her professional career in a GE Leadership Program designed for Finance, where she received extensive training in accounting, finance, lean operations, and Six Sigma. After completing the program, she transitioned into cost accounting for manufacturing.

She later worked in FP&A at Stanley Black & Decker, then spent 7 years at Apple managing iPhone manufacturing and IT infrastructure budgets.

She now focuses on helping small businesses, non-profits, and HOAs through her own HOA financial management company.

John

John Fabri

John graduated Magna Cum Laude from Indiana University and began his career at UPS, quickly becoming a supervisor for 30 employees.

Later, as a Project Manager at Prime Therapeutics, he developed DHCS-compliant processes to improve operations.

Now at Avenues HOA Financial Management, he focuses on cost-effective systems and high-quality service delivery.

Frank

Frank Alioto

Frank Alioto is a seasoned leader with 17 years of experience in HOA and commercial association management. He holds CAMEx, CCAM, CMCA, and AMS certifications and has served as Senior Vice President and Director of Management Operations at major management companies in Northern California.

He is committed to elevating the professional image of the HOA industry, advocating for managers, and building strong career paths within the field.

Frank received the Vision Award for Leadership from CACM and has served on their Board of Directors for 6 years, chaired the Legislative Committee for 8 years, and contributed to statewide legislative review efforts impacting HOA management.

Daisy

Daisy Ceja

Daisy Ceja is a Senior Association Portfolio Manager with over 15 years of experience in property management, progressing through multiple roles with a focus on community improvement and operational excellence.

She has coordinated complex projects such as re-roofing, stabilization, asphalt resurfacing, pool and spa resurfacing, painting, and balcony repairs.

She holds CMCA, CCAM, and AMS certifications and is recognized for her strategic approach and strong vendor management skills.
